Performance and cell compatibility of PLLA / PCL composite scaffold prepared by electrospinning

Abstract: A series of L-polylactic acid / polycaprolactone (PLLA / PCL) composite nanofiber scaffolds with different ratios were prepared by electrospinning technology. The structure and morphology of the scaffold, crystalline properties and hydrophilicity were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, differential thermal analysis, wide-angle X-ray diffraction and contact angle testing; the degradation of the composite was studied by adding enzymes in the buffer solution Performance; Inoculate dermal fibroblasts cultured in vitro onto the surface of the material, and observe the growth of fibroblasts on the surface of the material with a scanning electron microscope. The results show that the composite scaffold fibers obtained by electrospinning are uniform in diameter and have a interconnected porous network structure; the presence of lipase accelerates the degradation rate of the scaffold material; fibroblasts have a good growth state on the composite scaffold.
